MONA is led by Chief Executive Officer and Founder Brandon L. Singer, a respected industry veteran and former Executive Director at Cushman & Wakefield. Consistently ranked among Cushman & Wakefield’s leading producers since starting his own team, Singer was recognized as one of the firm’s Top Ten global retail brokers based on his 2019 production rankings. Singer is joined in this venture by Michael Cody, who serves as Director and Co-Founder. Singer and Cody have worked together for nearly 8 years, during which time they have brokered major deals in New York City and in gateway cities throughout the United States.
MONA attacks retail leasing challenges in ways previously unexplored by traditional firms. MONA also strongly believes in a “boots on the ground” approach to retail leasing. Other commercial brokers may have temporarily departed New York City but the MONA team is here to stay.
